- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be the lowest-cost option for small projects—but our focus is on delivering a streamlined, efficient service that results in a high-quality finished product you can rely on. Our general pricing is listed below Small Framing projects & Structural repair’s For smaller framing or structural repairs requiring limited materials (ex. Post repairs ) and consumables, our minimum charge is $550. This base rate may increase depending on special circumstances . General Maintenance Services For general maintenance tasks that require minimal materials (ex. Replacing a couple deck boards ), our minimum charge is $350. And generally encompasses 2 hours of general labor excluding any materials We don’t do plumbing or electrical, unless you choose to have us manage that scope alongside a larger project, were the work will be done by a Ripple selected subcontractors, price may varies Larger Multi-Scope Projects For more complex or long-term work, we will provide a formal estimate. Pricing varies based on project scope and material requirements. Excavation and Welding service’s Excavation work is billed at $140 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum. This includes the machine and operator, and is always performed on a time and materials (T&M) basis. Welding work is billed at 140 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum, includes certified welder and MIG or Stick machine, and is always performed on a time and materials (T&M) basis
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet new clients in person to discuss new builds and ideas. Depending on the scope of the project, this may lead to a formal bid and budgeting process. For smaller repair projects, we can often complete them the same or next day for our flat rates, if provided enough information through thumbtack.

Owners bring a combined 27 years of experience as union tradesmen, specializing in both commercial steel erection and residential framing.
