Daniel did great work for me! In 4.5 hours he analyzed a shot motor on my existing fan, assembled and installed a new lighted ceiling fan, replaced batteries in smoke detectors in all 4 levels of my house, analyzed a broken door lock, repaired a dining room chair, hung 2 pictures, and advised me not to hang a 3d which had mold problems. He will return next week to continue on my lengthy list of household repairs.
