- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For carpet cleaning we have a minimum of 4 areas or $180. We charge $45 per area (Bedroom, living room, dining room, etc) Hallways are included. Flights of stairs are considered an area up to 15 stairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need your name, address, *************, and ************ to book. We will give you a call when we are enroute (usually 30 minutes prior to arrival) and ask that someone is home to let us in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a carpet cleaning company that has been in business for over 30 years and have a team of 18 tech's ready to get your carpets cleaned.
