- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with each client on a one-on-one basis to find out what they would like for their event. I discuss budgets, as well as individualized needs in order to meet the highest expectations. After discussing what kind of cuisine they are looking for, I create a custom menu for their event. We work together to make sure their guests will be impressed, and that the event will go off without a hitch!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. This also includes specialized training in traditional Spanish, French, and Italian cuisine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My culinary journey has stemmed from a desire to create beautiful experiences. Food for me is not just a necessity. It is a relationship between all of our senses, binding together in unforgettable ways.
