- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Freedom offers set pricing for our customers. A service call is $69 and the fee is waived with any set service performed. Look for our specials on our Facebook page and for our coupons!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Freedom schedules an appointment as soon as is convenient for the customer. We always do a full inspection of the door and opener to address safety concerns. When your needs are assessed, we will go over everything with you to discuss your options in repairs or replacements with complete upfront pricing to help you make the decision that's right for you. Your garage doors long term performance and your families safety is are number one concerns .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in the garage door industry working for large companies in the Seattle – Tacoma area. The job to me has always meant more than just the labor but knowing how all components worked together for high performance. Once I was in management, I learned that what is best for the customer frequently isn’t what is best for corporate. That’s why I started Freedom Garage Door Services.
