- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give discounts to regular customers! Also for large-scale work with several objects. In any case, we are open to dialogue and will find a compromise in any situation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we try to find the optimal time and solution for a particular task and discuss all the nuances with the new client. This gives confidence to both the client and our company and makes the first experience as productive and positive as possible for everyone!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of working with various materials, drywall, concrete, brick construction and turf work, from restoring broken furniture to creating new ones! More than 10 years of experience in the automotive business, repair and maintenance. Also experience in removing dents and working with car bodywork.
