They were so responsive and did a GREAT job! I was dealing with some unexpected medical issues and couldn’t clean my apartment after moving. I didn’t want to spend the money hiring someone but had no choice at that point. I waited till the last minute to see if I could muster enough energy and if the pain would subside but it didn’t and I reached out for help two days before needing the cleaning help. Handy Dandy was super fast in their initial response, worked with me on scheduling a time (offered a Sunday!), and answered all my questions about potential sticky points (like crayon on the wall, yay toddler life!) We discovered pink pre-mold in my roommates bathroom (improper use of bath mats), and a few kitchen stains. They got all of that out and I got my full deposit back :) Added bonus - no harsh chemicals!! Thanks Handy Dandy for a wonderful experience!

I had a very short time to get my place cleaned and handy dandy worked with me and my schedule they were very helpful, inexpensive, and did a great job. I highly recomend this company and i will ne working woth them again of i need any other cleaning services.:)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start at $30 an hour for a one-time cleaning, but if you set up cleanings with us for every two weeks you’ll only pay $25 an hour, and if you’re REALLY busy we can stop by every week and you’ll only have to pay $20 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would typically want to meet our new customers on the first visit just to get a better understanding of what you may want us to focus our attention on-as well as get to know you and let you know who will be taking care of your home!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
