I am 50 years old and I have never stuck with a fitness routine for longer than 3 months. In May of 2013 my girlfriend told me about Keith and his personal training. Vital fitness was offering a special so I decided to sign up for a 6 week trial. I can honestly say that this was the best fitness decision I have ever made. Having no fitness routine, I can say that the first few weeks were tough. Keith was a knowledgable trainer who took his time to make sure I learned my exercises correctly while encouraging me along the way. I looked forward to my early morning workout sessions. This last winter was rough. I had a hard time getting up early in the morning to make it to class, but I stuck with it and made it through the winter. I look forward to class with Keith. Since I began in May of 2013 we have never done the same workout twice. Every class is something new and challenging . My class is made up of all fitness levels but we all get the individual attention that we need. Keith has helped me stick with a fitness routine and for me at 50 years old , that says something about his teaching technique . I encourage anyone who is looking for a trainer to seriously give Keith a chance, You will not be sorry.

I've been working out with Keith for a year now & I love it! His workouts are never the same, therefore, in my opinion more challenging; I'm very happy to have him as my trainer and If you're looking to get in shape while having fun, Keith is the answer, come see us!!

Keith has been training me since October 2013. With Keith's training and continued motivation and support, I exceeded my fitness goal, lost over 20 pounds by February 2014. Since then, I continue to train with him, and I have maintained my current weight and now focus on toning. Every day is a unique set of exercises; always changing, and as a result I'm sore and progressing.

I absolutely love the fact that Keith is my trainer! I can't believe I hadn't asked him for help sooner. He always surpises me with an awesome workout that goes beyond my expectations. He always makes sure I'm comfortable and spends time teaching me form. I am so incredibly happy that Keith is my trainer!

Keith has been my trainer for 1 year, I work out with him 2-3 times a week. In July 2013 my sister and I followed his fit for life menus and recipes strictly for the month and I lost 18lbs that month she lost 14 and 9 months later I am down 34 lbs. Every workout with Kieth is different and he makes it fun, never boring, you can really tell he loves his job as a trainer with his upbeat and positive personality everyone leaves the gym happy and smiling.
