We bid at a moderate to high pricing level. We are not only competitive with our employees hourly rate but we make sure our cleaning service is provided correctly following the cleaning specifications.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show all customers new or old with the same respect and level of attention to ensure a satisfactory service is provided day in and day out. We treat our customers with care and urgency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The art of communication and true leadership will create a winning team. Our philosophy at Veltex Services is without proper policy and procedures the foundation will crack. Training is upmost a priority and building a relationship with each team member allows us to know strengths and weaknesses.
