FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is negotiable and if you are a veteran, disabled or senior with limited income, we can help with the pricing. Keep in mind, fuel costs are definitely driving prices to a whole new level. Our cost is usually per project, but we base it off 75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum for larger projects, 60.00 for any additional hours. $150 plus tax is the going rate to start a project. For a consultation we charge $75.00, in most cases. We are new to charging for our services, so I am sure our pricing will evolve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One, or both of us will go and talk to the person and if it is something we can do at that time, we just do it. If not we will make arrangements. A very informal process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in Diesel Mechanics, and grew up on a farm up in Northern Snohomish County. I was Fixing tractors by the time I was 8. There isn't much I can't fix.
