We recently had Alberto Palomera and his team from Palomera Outdoor Living, complete a backyard project for us, including a custom practice golf green and a water feature. As someone who appreciates quality workmanship, we were incredibly impressed by the attention to detail he brought to the installation.
What really said Alberto apart was his commitment to our satisfaction. His quote was significantly more competitive than other bids we received, yet he went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy with the final result. He even returned multiple times to make adjustments to get every detail just right – a level of service that is rarely seen in the industry today. While the project took a little longer than intentionally estimated, the result is outstanding and well worth the weight. We couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor space, and I highly recommend Alberto if you are looking for high-quality work and a contractor who truly cares about his clients.
