Michailo saved our microwave setup, which had been in a broken state for months since the kitchen remodeling. The microwave’s exhaust fan was loud, air was leaking into the cabinet, and the air venting wasn’t working well. We did our own research and found out that the exhaust pipe had to be a certain diameter—6 inches—for the microwave fan to work well; otherwise, airflow could be limited. We bought and prepped materials from a home improvement store but did not attempt to fix the setup ourselves. This is when we reached out to Michailo, who replied quickly to our reachout, and we summarized our asks. He was able to set up some time to visit us within 2 days. During the re-installation, we encountered several unexpected issues (e.g., the cabinet was not cut correctly), but Michailo worked through them and found ways to resolve each problem. Throughout the visit, Michailo made several honest suggestions, which we found very helpful. In the end, Michailo was able to complete all the tasks we initially asked for. Most importantly, the quality of the end result was superb, and we are very satisfied with it. The nature of appliance repair involves uncertainty, so we are glad to have had Michailo with us. He was very patient throughout the visit and also very cooperative. We will surely be reaching out to him again when we encounter issues with our major appliances in the future.
