- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have a formulae based on Size of the job (rooms/square ft for floors) Amount of soiling Treatment required And if extras are needed Based on the prevailing discount offered we can easily tailor a price to our customer based on their needs We also have minimum charges eg for carpet from 60 to 80 on jobs upto 2 rooms
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's a phone pre qualification of a job we try to get as much info from a customer as possible this enables us to be accurate on the estimates and also let customer know the things that can increase the price if any. With this our customers notice we really don't have hidden charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for more than five years with leading companies like Coit, Servicemaster, Stanley steemer and others. Our techs too have worked with various. In these companies they have continuing training both on customer care, cleaning theories and practicals. We mostly had technicians sharing ideas on various areas and certifications that enable us to be competent in all we do
