After taking more than twenty CPR classes while working at Group Health, Harborview and Fircrest I can say that Bob Colley taught one of the best. He was able to help several nervous people in the class to relax and focus by using clear, simple language and demonstration leavened with humor. Some in the class were going through CPR for the first time and spoke English as a second language. By the end everyone felt confident and was able to demonstrate proper technique.Nov 21, 2017

I have experienced this trainer to be engaging, personable, and very knowledgeable. I needed certification for my job and this trainer was able to provide all the necessary training in a comprehensive manner as well as make it enjoyable in the process. I strongly recommend this trainer.Nov 4, 2017

Bob Colley is a great instructor. It was my third time experience with him giving a class. He is a very professional and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Bob to teach at my office as well as to all my fellows-dental hygienists.Jun 25, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price for training is $50 per student for both Heart Saver and BLS for Health Care Provider courses. A discounted price of $45 is applied to anyone who schedules 9 or more students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we discuss the type of training needed (Heart Saver or BLS) based on personal desire for training or professional requirements. Professional requirements could require training as a condition of employment or for professional license renewal. Once we've determined exactly which class they need, we would discuss the most convenient time for them to receive training and then schedule a class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm currently an American Heart Association (AHA) instructor. I've taught for the AHA and the American Red Cross for a combined total of 17 years and have worked in healthcare for the same period of time. I'm currently teaching as a contracted instructor with the clinical education department at Harborview Medical Center.
