Only 3 pest providers in my area. Saela, was the only provider who would come to my home to assess the pests and damage, then we discuss damage, cost and action plan for treatment. I also stated I thought I had Carpenter Ants, which requires different treatment and a specialist. Competitors, do not offer an in-person consultation and want a contract before assessing the problem. Saela is great and deserves my business!

I was happy to see a woman named Fabiola arrive for our inspection. I had told the company I was going to try to tackle the job on my own first and didnt want to waste their time coming to my house, but they stated that was no problem and sent Fabiola. She found bed bugs I hadnt found! She explained their method and the products they use and background info on the bugs. She was great. I still havent used them, but it was nice to know they werent going to be as expensive as I thought, which was around $500 for three treatments. So if I cant get rid of these rotten bugs on my own, I will call them back.
