Yankuba visited us three times to replace a defective part on our hot water heater, but the issue was not resolved. On each visit, he gave different explanations: first, that he didn’t have the part; second, that he was purchasing it from the store; and third, that it didn’t fit. There was no proper diagnosis or clear communication, and we had to follow up repeatedly to get updates.
Ultimately, we called a different technician, who was able to correctly identify and resolve the problem. While Yankuba may have made an effort, it appears he may lack sufficient experience with water heater issues. The problem could likely have been diagnosed and resolved on the first visit, which would have saved both time and effort.
