Awesome work! Tyler was the technician and he was very informative and thorough. We bought an older house, and they did complete overhauls on both garage doors, one which had not been working for several years. They did not try to upsell to newer garage doors, and admitted the doors already there were in great shape! The new motors are so quiet, it's unbelievable. We did have an issue with one of them immediately after installation, but the next day they sent someone out and fixed the problem. They offer a lifetime warranty on parts and labor-- incredible! I won't look anywhere else for garage door needs!

I was impressed with this company from the get go. They responded to my Thumbtack message almost immediately and quickly found an appointment time that worked for me. All I needed was three key pads installed, but the installer went above and beyond. He programmed and installed everything around a classic car that couldn’t be moved. Price was extremely reasonable. He even answered questions about how long I had on my old original garage doors. No hard sales tactics. I already know when it comes time to replace all of my garage doors, I am going with this company. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend! Great company and people! Tyler came out to repair our dilapidated old garage door opener and advised us on how to make it functional and safe. We made the needed repairs to the structure and he came out again to make sure the opener was working smoothly. He took time to explain everything and installed a new keypad. My garage door was partially broken. I contacted with garage door at first. They told me the technician was coming. It never happened . No show, no call. Wasted me two days of waiting. Nobody even bother to call me. I called Precision garage. They set up appointment with me right away. The estimator Craig show up my door with very professional and friendly. He told me that how long it's gonna take to get the door part back. He also temporarily fixed my broken door and placed the garage door back so won't leave the door opened. I was very pleased their service. I will recommend their company.

They replaced the pulleys and did general maintenance on my garage door. Showed up early and were very efficient. Great job.
