Needed a new 18x7 door installed, i had a few other companies come give a quote... not only was Eric at Norseman chreper but much more professional and knowledgeable. His guys showed up on time and installed quickly and without issue. For the price and ease of mind these guys seem are the best ive seen.

Dave was amazing in diagnosis of the garage door damage. Others were quoting me almost $2000-2500 for new door. They worked give me all kind of reasoning.. Dave said he could work on existing door and finished the door and fixing in $200(with tip). He even fixed other issues with my opener. Loved his candor and how he would approach it. He is just amazing.

I could not be happier with Eric and his crew of installers. He was the first to reply to my inquiry and presented wonderful credentials and references. There were others offering lower quotes but they didn't have the experience or offer the same quality product. Eric met me halfway in the pricing and agreed to provide me with an even better door and accessories than were not included in standard pricing. When the agreed upon day of installation arrived, they could not get my grade door from their supplier so they upgraded me again without added cost. That was a very generous upgrade that other suppliers would have probably used as an excuse to delay installation. Eric knew I had a very small window for the installation and brought in added workers and left one late in order to finish on schedule, on budget and with wildly generous upgrades. If I owned a self-storage facility, he'd get all of my business..!!!
