We strongly recommend Winston Creek Construction, Chris LaPlante, sole proprietor. In our first time working with him, Chris did a great job with both interior and exterior repairs. As mentioned on his website, Chris has extensive experience and expertise. Our work included redoing exterior window frames, shower tile, hanging bifold doors, and replacing sheetrock -- all with quality results and no surprises. I contacted Chris and sent pictures of my project space. He was very responsive and understood right away what I was wanting to do. Our project was to convert an outside attached shed into an indoor closet with direct access from inside the house. Chris estimated it would take 1 week to complete and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was able to start about 1 week later. Chris arrived each day exactly when he said he would. His work was meticulous and thorough. Chris is very hard working and takes great pride in his work. The job required tearing out the existing walls, adding insulation, new framing, sheet rocking, taping, texturing, adding trim, a new door opening, and adding a sliding barn door. Chris is a true craftsman and was great to work with. He is an excellent listener and offered helpful suggestions. As a bonus, Chris also fixed our inside garage door that has been a problem for us. He completed the job in a week, just as he estimated. Our experience working with Chris was excellent. We may have future projects, including a bathroom remodel. Chris will be the person we will be calling for this. We highly recommend Chris, and we would have given him 10 stars if we could. Thanks again Chris!
