FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an under one hour, flat rate fee of $60.00. My handyman hourly rate is $50.00 an hour for handyman services. Construction projects are estimated differently than my hourly rate. The Washington state retail tax of 6.5% will be added to each estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting as much information about the scope of the project, before I travel to your location is crucial in getting an accurate estimate (some projects I may need to travel to location before I can give an accurate estimate). After an estimate is accepted, next step is scheduling and I will work with your desired timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years of residential painting experience. I also have five years of commercial carpentry training through a state approved training center. I have 3 years of residential construction experience. I have my First aid/CPR certification. And boom lift, scissor lift, and fork lift certifications (if a project requires these machines).
