- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% military discount on all services. I offer a 10% 65 years or greater discount on all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will respectfully interduce myself. From there I will ask about the service they are looking for. Then I will ask about scheduling a meeting to look over there project. I will give them a bid at the meeting if they accept the bid. Then I will schedule to do the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended training offered by HD supply. For locks ( installation and repair). Hot water heaters. Electric baseboard heaters. Property management/maintenance .
