This woman goes over and above. She may not be "credentialed" in the work she does, but she knows her limitations and will speak up when in any doubt. See the work she did for me. She got the sconce pairs level and everything but the chandelier working. The chandelier gave me trouble when I took it down to paint 30 years ago and the pro I brought in was also challenged by it.
