Andrey and Daniel were both very respectful and responsive people to work with. I primarily used their services due to attention to detail in the quote and going the extra mile to check the actual hardwood that I had by checking with multiple companies. They also suggested me to not weave the entire floor while adding new hardwood, but suggested me to completely replace the wood in some places to be more secure and the quote was the same for the both the process. Their quote was very competitive, they came in the middle among the other quotes that I got, but they were the best in terms of attention to detail and responsiveness. We are loving our new hardwood floors. Thanks for working with us

Genuine Flooring has a friendly team and does great work. They refinished my old Douglas-fir floors and I am really happy with how it turned out. They also were flexible on timing and were able to fit a narrow window before my move-in time. I would recommend and would go to them again in the future.

I cannot recommend Daniel and his team enough! They were so fantastic to work with for our project to refinish hardwood floors - professional, always on time, great communication, and just a pleasure to engage with. They were very flexible with our timing and even offered to finish with the final coat a month later so we would have time to finish painting the interiors of our new house without worrying about scuffing the floors. He showed us various stains and when we weren't in love with any of them, he had no problem coming out a second time to show us a different stain. The floors look great!

I had a great experience with Genuine flooring. They have a really great team that comes out and does hard work and excellent quality work. They will make your floors look New from old. I highly recommend them.
