House Cleaning

I was trying to hire Copacabana Cleaning to have my house done on Monday August 9th but for some reason the system was not able to schedule it, only for the 16th. That would be to late because I wanted it cleaned before my wife got back from traveling. I called Vagma and thankfully she rescheduled the cleaning for the 9th. She advised me to book a deep clean and her team did an awesome job, my wife was really happy !!! Thank you Copacabana Cleaning.

Super satisfied! Vagma recommended that we start my biweekly Cleanings with a deep cleaning and I’m so glad I did. Their attention to detail is impressive and totally worth it, It looks like I can perform surgery in my bathroom!! Highly recommended this company. The girls were really nice, professional and the house has never been so clean!

House Cleaning

I have not had anyone clean my house before but this was an amazing first experience. They started with a deep cleaning which truly covered top to bottom of our home. The entire place just felt brighter. I feel like they go above and beyond by not just cleaning, but focusing on presentation. Our pillows were nicely arranged, towels folded on the rack, and centerpieces straightened. Also our master bathroom felt like you had walked into a hotel bathroom with how clean it was!! We will continue to use Copacabana for our regular bi-weekly cleaning.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    No, I don't. We work by the job, and the price that I charge to do a house cleaning, will be the same price no matter how long it takes. I don't like the idea to work by the hour because I don't like the idea of feeling that my workers should slow down their job to make their money.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is that as soon I contact them I ask if I'm able to stop by for a walk through, because that way we can built a confidence between each other and I'll be able to give them a fair quote for bought of us. When I talk about confidence, it is important to be able to see who you're hiring to work in your home, and for us, to know exactly what are their needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I think I have learned everything there is to learn about my field. Now, I just always seek the best employees and products.
