- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our estimates include labor, materials, disposal, and warranty details. We also offer seasonal promotions, referral bonuses, and financing options for qualified homeowners. Every project is customized, so we work hard to fit your budget without cutting corners on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a free on-site inspection and provide a detailed estimate with photos of your roof. We explain all material options, warranties, and pricing upfront. Once approved, we handle permitting, scheduling, and material delivery. During installation, we protect your property, communicate progress daily, and complete a full cleanup. After completion, we walk the roof with you (or provide photos) to ensure full satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve completed certifications and training with GAF, CertainTeed, and other leading roofing manufacturers to ensure we meet warranty and installation standards. Beyond technical training, we also keep up with Washington State safety requirements (L&I) to ensure every project is done correctly and safely.
