- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After we receive contact from the platform about your expectations and requirements, we will send you a contact confirming receipt of the order, we work with pre-established values according to the work to be carried out, we are always open to extra services about which need to be agreed in advance , we have flexible hours and several specialized jobs that go beyond just cleaning that can always be provided at a fair price and with quality assurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like new customers to know that when hiring us they are hiring a specialized company committed to the quality of the service, we will always contact you before and after the work done to obtain feedback on the service provided, which is very important for us. we are constantly improving. After hiring, we will send a qualified team to your address with all the necessary apparatus as requested by the client. We have some service variables, regular cleaning, deep cleaning move-in and move-out, for recurring cleanings (monthly, weekly, fortnightly) we indicate that the first one is a deep cleaning and the subsequent ones are regular cleanings, we do it that way for the best functioning of the services.
