At MoodWash, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. • Base Rates – Pricing depends on the service type (standard, deep, or move-out cleaning). Larger homes or additional rooms/bathrooms may adjust the cost. • Recurring Discounts – Book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings and enjoy a lower rate. • Add-Ons – You can customize your cleaning with extras such as fridge, oven, inside windows, or laundry. These are priced separately and optional. • Fees – Same-day or last-minute bookings may carry a small surcharge. Travel fees may apply for addresses outside our main service areas. • Payment – We accept Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial Contact & Estimate • You tell us about your home (size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and service type: standard, deep, or move-out). • We provide a clear price quote and explain what’s included. 2. Scheduling • We work around your availability to find a convenient day and time. • For recurring services, you can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. 3. Confirmation • We send a booking confirmation with all details (date, time, cleaner’s name if assigned). • Any add-ons (fridge, oven, windows, laundry) are discussed upfront. 4. Day of Cleaning • Your cleaner arrives on time, with all necessary supplies. • We follow a detailed checklist to make sure nothing is missed. • Before/after photos can be provided upon request. 5. Payment • Once the cleaning is complete, you receive payment details (Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, ApplePay) • For card payments, a small processing fee may apply. 6.
