- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Argia Investigations, we understand that people are looking for a private investigator because they need help solving a problem or finding information, and may have a limited income. I keep my rates competitive yet always provide the same level of professional service and compassion regardless of a client's financial situation, and will give them their hard earned monies worth, every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client and obtain as much information about their issue or case. I am sure to answer all of their questions and, given our experience, introduce them to new questions they may have not thought of. Then, we discuss with the client the best course of action for their particular situation, rates/expenses and estimated cost
