We had a very positive experience working with Tye and Melina. We hired their services for tenant placement for a rental unit and they made the entire process very smooth and easy. Tye did a number of showings and got us good tenants we were satisfied with. I appreciate how well they communicated to us with updates during the process. We are now also getting their help for propertymanagement and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for tenant placement or propertymanagement services!

Melina and Tiyodi at Sevyn and Co. Real Estate have been lovely to work with since they began managing my property in April of 2021. They are both super knowledgable, easy to work with, and very responsive when an issue arises. They found a tenant for my little home within just a few short days of listing, and have kept my experience of being a new landlord very hassle-free. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel that our pricing is fair and extremely competitive with any other company out there. Our leasing fee is $1200 and our management fees range from 7% - 9% depending on the rental amount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ensure a seamless process without any obligation to engage with our services. More than 70% of our current clients are first-time landlords, not investors. This extensive experience allows us to effectively guide our new customers through the journey of becoming confident and assured landlords. We offer continuous support throughout the entire transition from being a homeowner to stepping into the role of a first-time landlord.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a collective experience of more than 30 years in real estate and management, we are also licensed and insured.
