David did a nice job of redoing some of the grout, cleaning and sealing our 28 year old tile shower. It looks almost new! We were pleased with his work and thought that he was very professional. His costs were above other estimates but he came out to look first and I felt that he was worth it to pay a bit more for detailed, excellent work.

I hired raider restoration for groutcleaning and sealing my floor and wall tile in 2 bathrooms. First, I’ll start off by saying I was unfamiliar with grout conditions and types and quality before I hired raiden so I relied on the technician for all useful and relevant information. Technician came in for a much appreciated free onsite estimate and pointed out what was wrong with the grout and recommended the fix. I went with his recommendation. On the day of the work, he showed me wall tile was bleached and that’s why it was inconsistent and offered to use a color enhancer to make it consistent which worked and made a big difference. If you are a newbie like me, I would advice to ask a few more clarifying questions before or during the work so that there are no surprises in the work done. In my case there were some small things which I was unaware of. Upon asking, David quickly remedied it very professionally!

I had a great experience working with David at Raiden Restoration right from an initial estimate, throughout the work process. He was very responsive and easy to talk to schedule as this involved work over multiple days. The grout work done in the bathrooms and kitchen is excellent quality, looks great. Highly recommend!
