- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We charge a $200 inspection fee, which includes setting traps and a full assessment of the problem. We charge $300 for the first animal and the rest are marked at $150 after the first capture. (such as racoons). So, you'll know exactly what to expect with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient: Initial Contact: You reach out by phone or message to describe the issue. Inspection Appointment: We schedule a visit. The inspection includes trap setup and a full evaluation of the situation. Assessment & Plan: I identify the animal and evaluate the activity or damage. Trapping & Removal: Trapping begins immediately, and animals are removed as they’re caught. Follow-Up: I check back as needed to make sure the issue is resolved, and no further activity is present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a state-issued Wildlife Control Operator license, which includes required training in humane wildlife handling, safety, and legal compliance. In addition to the formal certification, I have years of hands-on trapping experience as well as years of customer service experience. Giving me the practical skills to effectively resolve wildlife issues in both residential and commercial settings.
