FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees reflect my knowledge and professionalism. They also reflect parts of my service that are standard for example my travel, time, tools, an additional 1.5 hours of clean up/set up. I also bring disposable cups that are clear and ice bags in my cooler.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a phone call with you to find out more about your event and and what your expectations are. At that point I will put together a quote and send it off to you at the most convenient place via email or text. I hold the date for 48 hours after the quote has been sent to book before I will re-open that date up to other potential clients. Should you decide to book our services I then send you a payment link (or offer other payment types accepted) and once payment is received an invoice is sent to your email to which I will go back into the app and mark you as booked and then we will work together to nail down all the fine details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught bartender. I studied a lot of YouTubers that teach mixology and bartending basics to help me get started. I learned to put that knowledge to practice on the job which I have had for over 2 years
