I contacted AAdvance on Friday to get a few damaged patches of carpet replaced with extra pieces that I had and I needed to get it done urgently by Monday. Alex from A Advanced came on Friday evening to give me a quote which was reasonable. He agreed to come back on Monday morning to do the work . He arrived on time on Monday morning and did a fine job. I’m very happy with the work done and would recommend them for carpet repair/ patchwork.
Had a great experience. He's friendly and does quality work. He guaranteed his work (Carpet Stretching) for 7 yrs (I couldn't believe that) and at a reasonable price, we did not feel like we were being taken advantage of at all. We will definitely give him a call for any carpet work we need done.
(We went thru two other Carpet stretching guys and their work failed within 6 months/) .
5 star work !

Alex is very punctual and extremely good at his job. He knows exactly what he is doing and could listen and communicate very well.
We cut open this price of carpet to fix some squeaky floors but couldn’t close it. We first called another guy from thumbtack but he made it worse. Luckily we found Alex. He pulled out the damaged piece of carpet and fixed the damaged padding underneath. Then installed a new piece of carpet and made the seams disappear! He did all of these within 40mins.
I would recommend Alex to anyone having any project related to carpet
Alex helped me with cleaning / restretching carpets for home I bought recently. Previous owners had a lovely dog which had left its hairs a lot places and in addition I wanted to get the carpet restreched to fit the home better. Alex, not only did a great job on these 2 tasks but also helped me clean some furniture that came along with house! He also is great at communication and does the work with a smile!

I would highly recommend Alex. He answered all of my questions and his rates were very fare. He arrived on time and did a great job.He did a great job patching my carpet. It looks like new and you cant even tell.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are more expensive but worth it and give warranty with our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introduction we like to schedule a face to face meeting for a proper estimate. Unless it’s a pretty straight forward request and they are comfortable with our pricing structure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is certified in carpet repair, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and water damages.
