Great experience in getting all my deck boards replaced! Quick to respond and gave me a rough estimate for materials based off square footage, then came out to look and provided an estimate. They booked me quick, showed up on time and did a great job. They did excellent on the clean up as well, I haven’t found a single nail left behind. Highly recommend!

Had a very good experience with Rot Doctor, and would use again. He quickly repaired our front porch and steps, was a great communicator, tidy, and delivered quality work. Of the three vendors who submitted bids, Vitaliy was the only one who correctly diagnosed the extent of repair needed. He was willing to match the bid on reduced scope to start, but we were both prepared when additional needed repair was obvious after preliminary demo.

We chose to work with Rot Doctor to rebuild a rotted, cantilevered small deck after consulting with several contractors. Vitaliy’s professionalism and follow-through on the original quote helped us decide to choose Rot Doctor, and we’re so happy we did! They arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and the workmanship is oustanding. Communication was excellent. They got the work done in 5 days, and it looks even better than we had hoped. We have 3 additional decks that need work, and we will not hesitate to use Rot Doctor’s / Vitaliy’s services again for those projects. I'm a tough customer sometimes, as I am a bit of a perfectionist. Vitaliy gets my highest rating!
