Our pricing is transparent and straightforward — no hidden fees or surprise charges. The price you see includes all cleaning supplies and equipment. We offer upfront pricing based on the size of your home, so you always know what to expect before we arrive. Recurring clients receive a discount for weekly or bi-weekly service. We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your home's specific needs — number of rooms, any areas that need extra attention, and your preferred schedule. We confirm all details before the appointment so there are no surprises. On the day of service, we arrive on time, bring all supplies, and follow a structured cleaning checklist to make sure nothing is missed. After the job, we do a final walkthrough to ensure you're completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential cleaning techniques, including proper product use for different surfaces, deep cleaning protocols, and move-in/move-out procedures. We hold an active General Commercial Liability Insurance policy and have completed a background check through Thumbtack for your peace of mind. We stay up to date on best practices to deliver a consistently high-quality result every visit.
