Wilmer and his crew worked on roof of my multifamily house in downtown Seattle two years ago. Wilmer did excellent work, it was a fairly tough job with downtown setup, the existing roof had been layered throughout years, removing them and getting all new materials to the top of 3rd floor were done manually, it was quite workload. I have been extremely satisfied the result. The crew kept the place very clean, very responsive, and excellent communication, I have no hesitation to recommend him to my friends or anyone. I am sure I will have Wilmer back again on my future projects.

Wilmer was a professional through the whole experience. Good communication.

I’ve had Willy work on two houses recently. One new construction steel roof and one repair job Tile roof. Both were done on time and no surprises. I have referred him to friends and they were happy also. Highly recommend! My go too roofer!
