Porter answered my posting right away, was flexible, on time, and really took his time in order to make sure the windows, screens and skylight were as clean as he could get them! Highly recommend!!

We hired Porter for a commercial building of 80 units with over 200 windows. This job was massive. He came in with on time like he stated and did a phenomenal job! He was fast efficient and the windows looked absolutely amazing. Definitely going to be using him for our future commercial building window cleaning!

It saddens me to leave a less than stellar review for a newer tradesman but the quality is just not there. Sadly he did not finish the job and was unprepared for the second story windows clearly outlined in the scope of work. What he did finish is streaky and will need to be redone. I had high hopes that, because he had to return a second day with perhaps a ladder, he would finish the job. Plus he said he would do the interior windows at no charge (even though I thought they were included in the bid). He did not return with a ladder but a longer extension pole that was inadequate to remove the stickers from new construction windows (also mentioned).
He was paid in full because we didn’t know if we’d be home by the time he finished and was well underway.
(We even borrowed an extension ladder from our neighbor but he just left without saying anything. )

Hi Karen,
I’m sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied. I want to clarify a few things for future clients reading this:
• You hired me for a standard window cleaning job on new construction windows, but the windows had significant construction debris: paint, drywall, and mineral deposits.
• I also cleaned the interiors for free, which was not included in the original price.
• My original quote for the full post-construction cleanup (including ladder work and sticker removal) was $340, but I did it for $265 as a courtesy.
• I did the best I could with the equipment I had on-site. Post-construction residue is beyond a standard window cleaning and typically requires a separate restoration job.
• I’m always happy to discuss these situations ahead of time to set clear expectations and ensure everyone’s happy.
