Introduction: At Lilac Lotus Yoga & Wellness we take a whole body, mind and spirit approach to wellness. We offer wellness coaching, yoga, stretch therapy, meditation and pilates so we can best support the needs of our clients. We love helping people. That's why Emily the founder of Lilac Lotus opened our studio in 2018. We are a complete private studio, meaning we only teach small group or private one-on-one sessions. We pride ourselves in our dedication to creating comfortable and affordable classes wherever we go. Our classes are all held either In-Home or Virtually to make it easy for the student! The first consultation is free. Pricing is flexible based on 1. How far for travel 2. How many in your party 3. The type of class you are looking for
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule the first class and within that class I will include the free consultation so we can get a feel of what you need from your practice and from me as an instructor. Then we go from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
500hr Certified Yoga Instructor Stretch Therapy Instructor Certified Wellness Coach Over 2,000hrs taught!
