- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a woman, I am particular, I see everything, I don't cut corners, I don't B.S., I show up and do quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an appointment for a home appointment to do measurements and talk about what the customer wants, I also let the customer know what our process is and t hat i will be overseeing from beginning to end. Then I type up the estimate and email it to the customer, when they approve and send the deposit we schedule the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 yrs working and learning from different contractors in the field then managing several construction and painting companies. owning 2 painting companies, one in California, and one here. I have worked, trained and managed in the construction industry for 28 yrs
