- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello. First visit is $35 and we'll get an idea of your goals and set up a workout and health plan. 3 sessions for 100 $ includes evaluations, workouts and strategies for your particular needs and obstacles.We can also do small group personal training for 20$ each for two people (55$ for 3 sessions), 15$ for three people (45 for 3 sessions).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First consultation 1.5 hrs to get an idea of goals. Second and following visits 1 hour of movement. Always beginning with warm-up, then strength training and ending with flexibility and reviewing goals and plans for at home schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate Health and Fitness Specialist from Skagit Valley Community College, includes anatomy & physiology, kinesiology , nutrition & exercise science. Amercian Council on exercise certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. Western student focus on Health Policy and Recreation. Also some Zumba, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, YogaFit prenatal and Jaya yoga
