They did a "move out" clean of my old house. Did a great job! Very happy with their work. Not a speck of dust left on the closet door louvers, cellular shades, and all the cobwebs are gone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on how often the clean is. Our cleaners are trained to clean one way which is always a 5 Star Cleaning way, which is a "top to bottom" clean. We always send a team of 2 cleaners for all services. The more often we visit the property the less you pay. All deep cleans start at $.28 a sqft
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we normally set up a consultation, we discuss what they are looking for and what they can expect from us. We discuss prices and how often we will be cleaning the house as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners go thru a 6 week training course prior to working in any clients home. They are taught how to clean the "5 Star Cleaning way". It is a one of a kind top to bottom clean. This helps them make sure every surfaces is cleaned each and every time. Each cleaner is also trained on the products we use and where to use them as well as different surfaces we come across in each home.
