They did a great job cleaning our 3-story home's exterior windows and screens. All of the windows hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years, yet they got them really clean in a short period of time. He was very careful with the screens and checking for any window defects that we should know about. Great price too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices go with my quality and service. I do not overcharge and am always open to negotiate. I offer discounts to seniors, military, and recurring clients
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll talk to them usually over the phone and give them an estimate either by phone or by going to the location and giving a bid on site. Then I schedule a day and proceed to get the job done. After the cleaning, I talk with them, give them a business card and hope that I work with them again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a Pro and he taught me everything he knew. I then proceeded to teach myself as I grew in the business.
