Called Michael to setup an appointment to take a look at my basement ADU project. Came over a couple days later for a consult and decided to go with his services. In a Couple hours, he gathered all the information he needed for the plans. Great Value and Like that he guarantees his work if the City Planners need changes. I just sent in the plans to the city last week so fingers crossed.

Most projects are bid on all-inclusive pricing after a free consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new projects go thru a process where we look at the publically available information and listen to the customers request. Then we prepare a detailed quote to outline the scope of work and process for achieving the end goal. Once a survey is scheduled we will work hard to give you accurate plans in s short time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architecture Technology degree from UAA. Hundreds of projects: banks, restaurants, stores, and homes.
