For people that want a phone quote I let them know that it is very difficult to do. I like to meet people personally and check the job out before a quote is given. Just like the old school handshake, I Iike personal contact and honesty.

Meet the customer see what they need done give them some direction through the job or at the beginning of the job and throughout the job.
