Richard worked tirelessly to try to fix things we determined were unable to be fixed due to the backing out process from W-10 to W-8.1 - other cosmetic irritations were taken care of nicely (media player, viruses, etc). I'd definitely be a return customer.

Rich was quick to respond to my job request and was able to come to my house on the same day. He spend over 2 hours trying to figure out the problem with my wireless printer. In the end, it looks like the wireless card in my printer is faulty. I would recommend Rich to my friends.
