FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing structure. I charge $80.00 as an assessment fee, and $110.00 per 90 minute session, and I would say that generally issues are addressed in quite some detail within 3-4 sessions. This includes lifetime support on the issues we have addressed, and a detailed behavioral report in which to follow up with training for when I am not there coaching you any longer. We learn an incredible amount of behavioral information in our sessions, so you will walk away knowing what drives your dog to do what it does, and in that sense help you reorient behaviors more readily in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since all dogs are individual, not only in their socialization experience but also how they respond in their environment, I need to meet your dog and assess several criteria. Thereby creating an effective training protocol to recommend to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years into working with dogs on a training level, I became certified in behavioral analysis, and have been excited to work with, and have much success in, aggression and anxiety in dogs. Realizing there is much behavioral research being done in the industry now, I address dogs brain development in a much more comprehensive manner with exponential success. I also hold advanced certification in canine nutrition and can answer questions as to how it may relate to behavior.
