- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is base and on the difficulty of the job I will provide the best price I can give base on the scope of work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I conduct my initial assessment on the project. I will answer any question that the client may have to the best of my knowledge. If I get hired I will explain in detail to the client what is my plan of action as simple as possible on how the repairs will be conduct to ensure the client understand the services and the quality of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
License electrician active duty member currently working with the US Army Corp of Engineers with extensive training in plumbing , carpentry and project management.
