I called because I heard scurrying sounds in my ceiling. Forrest responded promptly, assessed the situation, set traps, then returned to clean up and seal off. Affordable price without long-term contract. He’s a good communicator and I enjoyed working with him.

Initially, Forrest was responsive and made arrangements to see us at our soonest availability. Though I haven't heard back after the job was done and after sending a few follow up questions. We really went out of way to support a local business but we will be taking our business elsewhere.
