Michael is a consummate professional. Whether it be any form of landscaping, gutter maintenance, fireplace repairs/installation of chimney caps, building privacy fences and gazebos, renovating my laundry room to a pantry/laundry combination and the repairs to drywall that were necessary after removing wall cabinets, I've been more than satisfied with all of the work and projects completed.
I've never felt taken advantage of or overcharged. As a mature woman who has experienced that from unscrupulous contractors that's of utmost importance.
He has high standards and communicates effectively, timely, is trustworthy, honest and moves with intent, no wasted movement.
If it's something out of his comfort zone he's vetted/screened contractors and overseen their work on my property.
I'm grateful to have found someone who I can count on and delivers with integrity!

Michael has done a number of projects for me. I compared with other people and companies and I really like the fact that he does not try to sell unnecessary work. He only recommends what is needed at the most competitive cost. His work is so neat that I find it difficult to think another company could do a better job. He has done roofing, chimney and flooring projects at my house as well as painting, wall fixing and installing equipment for my business.
