FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some great specials on carpet and vinyl. We buy directly from the manufacturer, don't use a storefront and don't use sales people. We keep our overhead low and this saves the customer money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out budget, uses , timeframe and make an a appointment to show samples and discuss options as well as offer input based on the customer's feedback .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a third generation installer, I've been installing floors for most of my adult life. I trained and worked as an apprentice, first with my father (a flooring contractor) and then, later, with other flooring contractors. In this way, I was able to learn many different installation techniques and hone my skills. I keep up with the current flooring trends as well as any new or improved installation methods.
